Terms and Conditions for SMS and Email Communications

By registering for a webinar hosted by Brian Duckworth, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements below and agree to the terms outlined regarding SMS and email communications.
1. Eligibility Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for a webinar and to receive SMS or email communications from Brian Duckworth.
By submitting your information, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and that you have the legal capacity to consent to receive communications under these Terms and Conditions.
2. Business Identity and Program Description
Brian Duckworth is the sender of all SMS and email communications under this program.

Carriers are not liable for any damages, losses, or inconvenience resulting from message transmission failures, delays, or interruptions.
7. Data Collection and Use
